If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be asked to pay for reshipping.
If you miss a delivery attempt:
The carrier may leave a note or deliver to a nearby pickup point
If unclaimed, the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your parcel if:
The item is unused and in original condition
Returns must be addressed by email first
